Floral waters have a wide range of culinary uses. They can be used both in hot cooking when preparing soups, sauces and desserts, and in cold cooking in original drinks and unbaked desserts. These aromatic treasures add aroma and zest to dishes and drinks. Their qualities will certainly be appreciated especially by gourmets, vegans and vegetarians. Today we will focus on fruit smoothies. I like to start the day with them. I adjust the recipes according to my daily mood. I will present you 3 of my favorite morning energy glasses, always for 2 people.
If necessary, don't be afraid to dilute the thick smoothie with a little water or add more squeezed orange. For a greater taste experience, I recommend using only ripe fruit. Unripe fruit can cause stomach acidity.
