Pink lassi is a very popular Indian drink. We can enjoy it during the summer in a chilled yogurt version or in a warming form in the winter months. We will prepare it easily together with the children. We will use the calming and harmonizing effect of BIO rose water Damask rose and delicately dried Damask flowers. It relaxes us before sleep, tunes our busy mind and as a bonus has a positive effect on the respiratory tract and psychosomatic problems associated with them.
For two people we will need:
250 ml milk (the choice is yours, if you are lactose intolerant or vegan, feel free to use almond/rice/oat milk.)
1 tablespoon ORGANIC floral waters Damask rose SoZoLe Rose (for children, 1 teaspoon is enough)
1 tablespoon Damask rose petals
2 tablespoons homemade raspberry jam (or a handful of fresh or frozen raspberries)
If you need to sweeten, add 1 teaspoon of honey.
Approach:
Heat the milk with raspberry jam in a saucepan, stirring constantly. After it has cooled, add organic rose water and honey (if needed). If you like a spicy “oriental” taste, add a pinch of ground cardamom. Pour into mugs and decorate with rose flowers. And enjoy this relaxing drink, for example, with a warm candle flame and listening to your favorite music.
