The goal was to ensure perfect preservation of the qualities of the flower water. To protect it in a sterile environment and to treat the customer to its wonderful aroma for as long as possible. At the same time, we bring solutions for cosmetics manufacturers and packaging-free stores. In this way, flower water packaged without access to air, a 100% sterile environment is guaranteed. And every manufacturer will confirm to you that this is the alpha and omega for them.
Quality preservation
Floral waters packaged in this way retain their properties longer. They are packaged so-called airless, meaning without access to air. Their beautiful aroma is sealed inside and even when you bottle, air does not get inside. This is a significant difference between any bottles.
How it works
The floral water is packaged using airless technology in a certified food-grade “bag” made of multilayer certified plastic, which includes a spout. We have established cooperation with an experienced French company. Its products are: sterile, certified and of the highest quality on the market. The carefully labeled and filled bag is then placed in a cardboard package made of recycled paper. We contacted several companies before we found one that met all our conditions. Recycled and sufficiently strong cardboard, creation of a completely new template according to our design, long-term close cooperation and support of a family business. We started with a 3l bag-in-box and also created a smaller 1l to satisfy all customers.
How to use
Open the bag-in-box at the indicated perforated point. For your better orientation, we have marked it with a gold sticker with the inscription “open here”. Push the marked wheel and then pull the spout or tap out of the box. There is a red safety catch on the tap. Remove this. Now you can pour as you please.
Sterility
To preserve the quality of any floral water, sterility is the most important thing, i.e. a 100% clean environment without access to air and the possibility of bacteria. Sterility is often a stumbling block for packaged hydrolates in bottles. Our solution guarantees you the cleanest environment and you can enjoy the beauty of floral waters until the entire bag-in-box is used up. Just keep them cool and dark. It is also advisable to wipe the tap with alcohol after turning it off.
Economics
That the 1l package is too much? On the contrary. Let's go through a few facts. First, just compare the price with the 100 - 200 ml variants and then calculate how much 100 ml will cost you when buying 1l. When you buy a smaller bottle, you often save money, you cannot fully enjoy its contents. Or, on the contrary, you have to constantly order more and more packages. Our liter box is very nice and compact. It fits anywhere. It does not have the standard dimensions of a 1l milk or juice box. It will surprise you with its compactness. You pour into your favorite container as you please and at the same time maintain a sterile environment in a larger package.
Ecology
The transport of bag-in-boxes has been proven to have a low carbon footprint. It is 8 times lower than that of 750 ml bottles. They are more economical to transport and store. Plastic bags are mechanically very resistant, which minimizes the risk of bursting. Their cardboard packaging is strong enough to provide them with the necessary protective layer. In addition, it is made of recycled paper. You can simply sort the entire bag-in-box after emptying.
