"Rosemary grows on that Prague bridge, none her there it doesn't water, it grows by itself..."
Our most famous folk song. In Moravia, on the day of the costume feast, in the morning the old men go around all the houses one by one and invite them to the evening feast. This includes tasting from a jug of wine and giving a sprig of rosemary. I have already received several such sprigs with the wish to grow a strong herb from it, but it must be a song that stuck in my head that it would grow on its own even without watering, so I forgot about the poor thing every time and then waited for the next costume feast.
Blue is the color of devotion.
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is an evergreen shrub with woody stems and strongly aromatic narrow leaves, silvery underneath and dark green above. It boasts beautiful blue-violet flowers almost all year round and perhaps because of those small flowers it has been a symbol of marriage since ancient times. Blue is the color of peace, stability, loyalty and devotion. Similarly, the color purple symbolizes love, affection and again devotion.

Rosemary or sea dew
If we focus on the Latin name, when ros means dew and marinus is translated as sea. We will see the beautiful name "sea dew". Rosemary - sea dew, I am pleased! Isn't it beautiful? And you can also find a touch of the sea in the scent of the essential oil. You can choose from two chemotypes - 1,8-cineol, which focuses on the body or verbenone, whose work is primarily about taking care of the soul. I prefer rosemary with the biochemical composition 1,8-cineole with a strong antiseptic effect, which is used for respiratory problems. That is the reason for my choice, for my need to breathe freely and not be tied down by anything. It will serve as an analgesic for strained muscles and stimulates the circulatory system. It gets things moving, both physically and mentally. Who would have thought what could be in such a small leaf.

When we need a healthy ego
With the first sniff of the bottle, we immediately feel its anti-infective power. But as soon as we dive deeper, its magic immediately transports us to sunny Greece and the scent of the sea brings lightness to the soul. The essential oil maintains internal stability in us, helps us perceive the present and does not allow our thoughts to run away and get stuck unnecessarily in the future. It is a fairy who appears if we start to doubt ourselves. It is always by our side and gives us a strong and healthy ego. Then it disappears again. Where? Probably to its rosemary house, where it makes healing ointments. Rosemary is an ancient herb, shrouded in legends, which has long been used in folk medicine and customs.
And I know that its masculine energy is very much on offer, but the more I work with the scent and the herb, the more it reveals its feminine side to me. Maybe it's more temperamental by the sea, where it thrives the most, but it's definitely more gentle here.
