It has regenerative effects on the skin and is therefore often included in skin cosmetics intended for skin problems and acne. Coriander has simply accompanied humanity for centuries. It is one of the oldest spices. Its seeds were found in the tomb of the Egyptian pharaoh Ramses the Great and also in Israeli caves from biblical times.
This essential oil You can use it for relaxation, when you need to regain balance and calm down. Like rosemary essential oil, it calms and elevates brain activity at the same time. It helps to achieve mental clarity, organize chaotic thoughts, and focus your distracted mind. Relieves headaches caused by stress.
It is also used for arthrosis, neuralgia and rheumatic pain. Very suitable for massage mixtures. It has immunostimulating, analgesic and antibacterial effects.
