Tea tree

Tea tree (Melaleuca Alternifolia) is one of the essential oils of every aromatherapy lover. The Latin name Melauleca of this aromatic tree comes from the combination of two Greek words melas, meaning black, and leukos, meaning white. It refers to the contrast created by the paper-white bark with dark leaves. Tea tree essential oil is used in a diffuser, especially during colds. In the summer months, it repels insects.
