Lemon balm

Lemon balm (Melissa Officinalis) derives its botanical name from the word melitten meaning bee, as it has been cultivated as a honey-producing plant since ancient times. Both the floral water and the rare essential oil distilled from this herb possess a calming, typically lemony scent. Due to its skin-tightening effects, lemon balm floral water has earned the nickname “elixir of youth”.
