Maya-N or Marie Neumannová is an artist and therapist who will always greet you with a beautiful smile. Any meeting with her will leave you with a feeling of joy and peace. Just like the magical angelic paintings from her work. Her work is simply a hobby and a life mission for her. In our interview today, I would like to introduce Maruška to you more. How else, than with questions tailored to the body :-)
Hi Maruška, thank you for your time and the pleasure of our conversation. First of all, I would like to thank you for your huge support of the products. SoZoLe Rose. We really appreciate it. I have a few questions for you, and I trust you will answer them spontaneously.
1. Is Maya-N more of an artist, aromatherapist or guide?
A little bit of everything in equal parts. Since the journey that brought me here and to our conversation began with painting, I am increasingly drawn to the artistic sphere. But thanks to the fact that the images I can create are alive and each one carries the energy of its owner and a certain message or report, over the years of creating, it has gradually led me to the realization that yes, the images of our guardian angels bring us healing, they open the door to change... but sometimes a person needs support, both physically and verbally, in order to better understand, release various blocks, beliefs, etc. that they have accumulated throughout their lives. At the moment when this occurred to me, she appeared in my life Xenie Bodorík Pilíková , an amazing aromatherapist and lecturer. As a trained pharmacist, I was always close to essential oils and herbs, and a great role model for me was my grandmother, whom I still remember to this day, drying marigolds and turnips, studying Health from God's Pharmacy and all kinds of herbalists. Becoming a guide came relatively unnoticed. People, whether clients through paintings, aromatherapy or those who came to me for a massage, asked me more and more questions, and I answered based on my experience. Until a close soul said a beautiful sentence to me: "You, you told me more in 30 minutes than the coach I pay for and I finally understand it from you!" And so in 2020 I dared to take my first online course...
2. I know you went through a big transformation from a scared little girl to a self-aware woman. What was the main impetus for the change and how is it reflected in your artistic work?
It was a long journey, but the truth is that I'm still not finished, there's still a lot to improve and work on. But it's true that anyone who knew me then, still at school and meets me now, is quite surprised and I often still wonder about myself today :-) As a child, basically from birth, I lived in a very difficult family situation, which took root in me in the form of a feeling of inferiority, a belief that no one could ever love me because I didn't deserve it, I hated my body and was afraid to go out with people... Until my high school graduation, I lived every day with bullying, psychological blackmail and there were days when I simply couldn't anymore. For a while, I was sedated with medication so that I could even get up for school in the morning, because at that time we had no one around to help us in any other way. Then various health problems started to appear, which I knew exactly why I had them, but even after reading stacks of spiritual books, I didn't know what to do or how to get better. When my older daughter was born (she is now 9 years old), she began to mirror exactly everything I needed to solve – my relationship with my mother, my relationship with myself.. and really, really strongly! And so began my journey, during which I learned from great teachers and therapists for several years and things slowly started to change. I simply did what was recommended to me without complaining, even though it was often not a walk in the park. I suddenly realized that I don't scold myself so often anymore, that I can also honestly praise myself and the biggest turning point for me was when I was "thrown" in front of about 60 people with the idea of leading them in meditation. I, who was afraid to enter a room with a few people so that no one would notice me :-))
The experience I have gained and am still gaining during my journey is mainly used in communication and work with clients in my courses and personal consultations, when we work on revealing and healing various hidden fears and other bugs or solving health problems. Because it is not enough to focus on just one problem at a time when the body is somehow letting us know that it really can't be done this way, I try to sensitively touch the right chord so that the person who comes for advice feels safe and knows that everything can be worked on if they want to and what they can start doing to do it.
3. How did the name of your website, Angelic Protectors, come about?
The name of the website Angelic Guardians came about because my husband and I, who was very happy to be given the task of creating the website by me :-)), were looking for a name that would describe what I do and that was not already blocked by someone else. At that time, most of my work was painting, so the website was more like a showcase of my work. Today, a new website is operating under the name Care of Angel, which already includes in its name everything I do: painting, aromatherapy, Bach essences, online courses, simply "Angel Care". It has also been joined by Shop.
4. Briefly describe to us how angel paintings are created under your hands? By the way, mine is already waiting for me :-)
Verunka, I'm already looking forward to your angel! When I paint, I'm simply not there at that moment. Just my hand and the angel who guides it. Turn it off and you, angels, do whatever you want. That's why the entire work is always directed by these beings, from the first brush strokes to the final selection of the stone, and each painting is therefore a surprise for all parties. Without exception, the painting brings its owner exactly what he needs most. Be it a change of job, housing, a new relationship, acceptance of oneself, strength on the path to healing... This "thing" is always in accordance with the higher good for the owner of the painting. Our guardian angels are a part of us, that's why the painting is like a mirror of us, it shows us how beautiful the soul of each of us is. And it's truly therapy, if we work with the painting consciously (it's enough to talk to it in our minds sometimes) and let things just happen, they often happen, I dare say miracles. I even have more than 2 clients who were told by their doctor that they couldn't have children. An angel came to them in a dream and within a few days they accidentally came across me on FB and asked me for their picture. One of them didn't even believe these things, but at that moment it was so strong that she thought to herself, what did she have to lose? Today, they all have beautiful babies at home and one of them even has two! Thanks to the pictures, I often witness so many amazing things that happen to people that it probably never ceases to amaze me.
5. What are fragrances to you? And what is your favorite?
Fragrances mean the world of fairies to me. Since I was a child, I have loved fairies, unicorns, elves, and whenever I smell a scent that I like, for a moment I find myself out of my body and enjoying the feeling of "being where everything is possible". I have several favorites, definitely all kinds of citrus, those are my constants and then definitely Slaměnka. I still remember when I smelled it for the first time, it just seemed awful to me. But very soon it became my TOP. On the other hand, my husband, who enters the bathroom after I spray myself thoroughly, always looks for where the cat peed, it just didn't appeal to him :-))
6. What appealed to you about the products? SoZoLe Rose?
When creating Angel Oils, I used essential oils from various brands and of course there is no chance to know all the manufacturers or companies in detail, no matter what the product is. But because I know that every thing carries the energetic imprint of the person from whom it comes and the energy of how the thing was made, if I have the opportunity, I always choose a variant from a source where I know for sure that here, specifically plants, are treated with respect and awareness that they give us their greatest gift through essential oils and hydrolates. They have all the more power and of course, they will also bring it into the preparations that I create with them. For me, such a manufacturer is SoZoLe.
7. And now we will reveal your wonderful new product together – a luxurious aroma mist. Tell us a little more about its creation, the inspiration that led you to it and who it is intended for?
Aroma mist was first created as a counter-top for my regular clients, on whom I tested its effect a little. I have been preparing angel oils in roll-on application form for a long time, but I was still toying with the idea that something that could be used in space would be suitable. Both in the space of our aura and for cleansing the home. Therefore, it must be strong and at the same time gentle, so that the mist could be used even for small children. And so the idea was born to combine rose hydrolate with essential oils, stones, aurasome and mandala, which gives it a final energetically strengthening touch. Therefore, you can use aroma mist as first aid when you have a headache, when you are not feeling your best, but also as a preventative measure when you know that an unpleasant situation awaits you. You can carry it with you in your car and spray it inside when you need to stimulate attention, use it in your apartment or salon (masseurs, beauticians, therapists...) for cleansing after a client leaves or an unpleasant visit, in a child's room before bed for calming down, etc. There are many possible uses, it is always great to follow your intuition. You can never harm anything with aroma mist, on the contrary!
8. You told me that you are preparing new online courses. What is their content and what will we take away from them? And what else do you have planned this year?
There is currently an online course called "EXIT FROM THE CIRCLE", which contains more than 70 video lessons, mp3 recordings and documents summarizing the maximum of my experience and knowledge that I have gained throughout my life and which I have improved and expanded for more than 2 years in courses conducted in the form of closed Facebook groups. During that time, I worked with more than 120 women and it was a wonderful impulse for me to create a new website and, for the first time, a member's section, where everything is nicely arranged and therefore the course can be purchased at any time. "Stepping out of the circle" is a transformation program where, with the help of various techniques (feng shui, aromatherapy, acupressure, reflexology, stones, shamanic techniques..) while working with the physical body, chakras, the energy of our home, angels, around the year, step by step we reach our SELF. To who we really are, without the roles that we try to fulfill in relation to other people during our lives. It's like peeling an onion. One layer reveals the next until we get to the core. This journey is not always pleasant, but during the course I am always ready to lend a helping hand to ensure that the whole process runs smoothly and that each participant gets the most out of it. Access to the course remains with members forever, so it is also an excellent home doctor when we need to urgently fix a problem.
At the moment I am already working on a new one, which is Chakra fairy tales not only for children. They will be in several versions, first they will be available for purchase as spoken fairy tales mp3 and by the summer also in printed form and depending on how quickly I can learn to work with graphics, coloring books will be added to them. Then there will be one more completely special novelty, for now I will just reveal that Aromamlha was the beginning!
