How does it smell?

What is frankincense?
The frankincense tree is a tall tree whose trunk exudes a whitish, fragrant resin that hardens in the air and darkens to an amber color. It is then used for smoking or distillation. Frankincense has always been associated in all cultures and religions for spiritual ceremonies. It helps us calm our breath and opens our mind, which prepares us for meditation. In Ayurvedic medicine, it is used for everything that is hardened, that is, it dissolves everything that causes us stiffness on a mental level. It helps us to be flexible and better accept reality.
Mystical plant
This mystical plant hides great wisdom and as soon as we start working with incense, it will gladly pass that wisdom on to us. He is a gentleman in a top hat, with a walking stick. As soon as he appears in the room, he thoroughly cleanses the space of negative energy. He is a friend for children who are fighting bugs in closets and under the bed.
Incense in aromatherapy
A client came to me once and said, “I have trouble connecting with others, I can’t communicate with them, and as soon as I try to address them, I become numb and unable to say anything.” I immediately chose frankincense. I covered the client from head to toe in the scent of incense. She always had an incense stick ready in her pocket and after a week she happily confided in me about the positive results. “Thank you, thank you, thank you,” she said to me and I said: “Don’t thank me, it was always incense with you.” She later admitted to me that she was afraid to approach a colleague at work with whom she was in love.
Frankincense Hydrolate
At first, the smell of the hydrosol was off-putting to me. I didn't believe I could connect to it. But if incense helps you connect with others, it playfully connected to me and I don't find it so unpleasant and annoying anymore. Or was it me? Was there something in me that was suffocating me and didn't want to move on? After all, the smell is so beautiful and strong. Was there something in me that immediately dissolved the incense and helped clear my mind? I believe so. So incense: Thank you, thank you, thank you.
