Relaxing basil massage
Thanks to its antispasmodic effect, basil essential oil is suitable for massages, especially for muscle tension and strain after a hard workout. It synergistically complements very well with cold-pressed mustard oil, which also relieves stiff muscles. Let's combine these treasures into a simple massage mixture with a 1% dilution. Add 1 drop of basil to 10 ml of mustard oil. We will perform a tolerance test on the elbow and we can massage happily. I personally recommend warming this massage oil in a warm bath to body temperature. This will enhance the warming effect in case of rheumatism or insufficient blood circulation in the body.
